I’ll bring the cake and you bring the creativity.
During each 90 minute class you will decorate 4 mini cakes using a variety of techniques. You will learn how to make the perfect simple buttercream, piping skills and how to make tasty fillings from jams, compotes, caramels and fudges. Vegan and Gluten Free preferences can be accommodated on request.
